We would like to kick off this new season of life with a bang.
Celebrating that everyone is going out to accomplish their dreams, or do do who knows what hopefully good things.

I am proud to announce that I am organizing a camping trip for this summer in the month of July

This being the first email there is a bunch of logistical bogus I gotta get out of the way. So without further dabbling.

I have emailed this to everyone that I have currently on this contact list if someone that you would like to go on this trip is not on this list, please let me know and feel free to forward this email to them.

Please ensure that it can fit up to 40 people (via either spreading out among several small sites) or it has group site avaliability
